14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on all guide purchases — including individual guides and the bundle. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email us at alex@theaibridges.com from the email address you used to purchase, within 14 days of your purchase. Let us know which guide(s) you bought (or include your receipt). You don't need to provide a reason.

How refunds are processed

Once approved, we issue refunds to your original payment method. It typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We'll email you to confirm once your refund has been processed.

Access after a refund

Because our products are digital, your access to the refunded guide(s) is removed once the refund is issued.

Discounted purchases

Purchases made with a promotional code or at a discounted price are eligible for a refund of the amount actually paid.

Coaching and consulting

Personalized coaching and business consulting are arranged separately and are not covered by this 14-day guide refund policy. Terms for those engagements are agreed at the time of booking.
